The sector of modern business services – Shared Service Centres and Business Process and IT Outsourcing – is currently one of the most rapidly developing sectors of economy. Poland is the sector’s leader in Europe, and Kraków, Warsaw and Wrocław rank highly among global leaders in the Tholons 2016 report.
At present, in Poland there are over 1,000 Business Service Centres. The HR in Business and IT Service Centres Conference is the premiere event of this kind addressed to the industry professionals. The countrywide conference aims to provide new insight and integrate the circle of HR managers and specialists working for SSC/BPO/ITO.
