Topic: Modelling HR Services of the future - Design Thinking in practice.
Description: The increasingly popular method of problem solving and creating innovation - design thinking - that is, project thinking - is successfully used in business. Design thinking tools and techniques work well not only in creating new services and products but also in integrating structures in companies, organizations and institutions, and improving employees’ experience. To understand design thinking it is best to experience the method in a process. Therefore, after a presentation that will introduce participants to the meeting to this topic, there will be a design micro-challenge, a brief go-through the creative process and, finally, creation of concepts ready to be developed. We provide a large dose of inspiration for use in our own business, five work techniques, a new, interesting experience, 20% of talking and 80% of doing.
