Topic: Data, data, data – to measure or not to measure, that is the question. On HR indicators in a different manner.
Description: To say that an HR measurement is important is like not to say anything. Human Resource departments outdo one another in the amount of data they measure. The number of colorful, sophisticated charts is breathtaking and can be quite dizzy. In the formula of an intellectual dispute, Andrzej and Jacek will analyse the basic measures of turnover, absence, overtime or commitment. They will consider how to understand them, whether data itself is sufficient, and whether... it is worth measuring it at all. They will challenge previous approaches and cast the first stones into the backyards of the HR departments. They will inspire participants to make non-obvious and ambiguous conclusions, and take unconventional actions. By analysing the present, they will try to explain how to think strategically about the future and how to effectively adapt solutions that will work in such a dynamic and demanding market as SSC.
