Sylwia graduated from the Jagiellonian University with a degree in Psychology, specialization psychology of business and change management. By profession, she is a business trainer, by choice she is a supernanny for managers. She collaborates mainly with corporations. The list of her long-time clients includes BNP Paribas, Capita, Shell, State Street, UBS, Unilever and many others. Most willingly, she conducts training in leadership and employee management. Sylwia has a vast international experience as a trainer – she carried out training sessions for managers of financial centres in India, Malesia, Philippines and England. She frequently shares her knowledge during conferences and seminars in Poland and abroad. She actively participates in activities of Women Business Network. Sylwia wrote a book entitled: “P.R.O.M.O.T.E. ® - get promoted sooner and earn more”, in which she advises on how to work more smartly and efficiently.
