Description: Talent management has become a reality in many companies. No one has to be convinced now that the success of a company depends very much on its employees’ competence. The more employees with the highest potential the company has, the more competitive it is. Therefore, a skilful elaboration of a talent development program can be a driving force for a company. Skilled and fully adapted to a given company, because in practice, the definition of talent will be different in different organizations.
