She is one of the few lawyers in Poland focusing her practice on business immigration law and advises clients on employee relocation to Poland and secondment of Polish employees abroad. She also advises in other areas of labour law. She regularly publishes articles both in daily papers (Gazeta Prawna, Rzeczpospolita, Puls Biznesu among others) and in academic magazines (Monitor Prawa Pracy). As a labour law expert, she appears on television and gives interviews on the radio, among others for the INFOR portal and TVN Biznes station. She is a co-author of international publications, among others a book entitled “International Immigration and Nationality Law”. She actively participates in international organizations, among others she is the chairperson of the AILA GMS (American Immigration Lawyer Association Global Mobility Section) member committee. She is regularly invited as a speaker to international conferences. Graduated from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and the Viadrina European University in Frankfurt (Oder). She holds the Master of German and Polish law degree and won first place in the 5th edition of Rising Stars Lawyers - leaders of tomorrow 2016 competition. Took part in lectures and workshops on European and French law at Université de Nice – Sophia Antipolis in Nice. Previously, for 5 years, she worked in the Labour Law Department in the Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak law firm. She also had internships in law firms in Germany.

Description: At the beginning of 2018, employers employing foreigners from behind our eastern border should expect a minor revolution. The regulations for issuing declarations are about to change. Moreover, additional information obligations are going to be imposed on employers. During the workshops, we will also discuss other changes to the immigration law coming into effect as of 1st January 2018, to ensure that employers make a ‘soft landing’ in the new legal environment.
