The company’s atmosphere can hardly be shown during a job interview, but it may be shown by means of social media. Social Employer Branding and Social Recruitment is the strategy of building the employer’s brand and recruiting candidates (Direct Search) through social media. It is through social media that Rahim Blak has been recruiting employees since 2009. At present, he employs 80 people. His talk will be based on his long-term experience in the area.
