For many years she has combined the world of needs of non-government organisations with the needs of business, and she believes that borderland is her place. Since 2011, she has been CSR Manager at Capgemini Polska, where along with the MOFFIN Foundation, she has run the Win with Capgemini programme. The programme is aimed to convince both partners that genuine inclusion of disabled people to work teams is needed by employers and the society.
She gained her professional experience first at NGOs and then at international companies cooperating with institutions from 1st, 2nd and 3rd sector.
She is an enthusiast of two wheels. She graduated from the Jagiellonian University and post-graduate course at Collegium Civitas.
