He specialises in transformation of the support function (finance and accounting, HR, procurement, customer service, marketing), and in particular in providing solutions for shared service centres and BPOs. A former Member of the Management Board of Capgemini Polska, co-founder and for eight years vice-president of the Association of Business Service Leaders (ABSL).

Description: The lifecycle of products and services is increasingly shorter, which means that organisations need to “refresh” competencies in their teams more dynamically. Shared service centres may become a catalyst and leader of technological revolution. The question arises, though, whether they are prepared for it? Do current development programmes support what is bound to happen; or are they rather oriented to “here and now”?
