Topic: Wellbeing Experience - new dimension of experience within the organisation.
Description: Nowadays, a success of a product is defined by user’s experience: starting with technology experience, through food experience, and broadly perceived brand experience. If we perceive wellbeing as a new product for the employee, an organisation’s user/consumer, how organisations may affect an employee’s wellbeing experience? How to successfully transfer wellbeing experience to a strategic level and who should be responsible for doing that within the organisation? What actually is wellbeing and how to move from 'wellbeing-fiction' to ' wellbeing- functional'? In her talk, Barbara will try to answer the above questions and encourage you to broaden your organisational perspective to include wellbeing.
