Graduated from the Jagiellonian University, the Faculty of Psychology, and post-graduate studies in Human Resources Management at the Tischner European University. For 13 years professionally connected with the HR industry, including nearly 11 years as an employee of Aon, where at the beginning he was responsible for building personnel department and recruitment of employees for the newly launched company branch.
Now, as HR Director, he is responsible for the entire personnel policy of Aon in Kraków, by managing the strategy of recruitment processes, employer branding and talent management or talent development, realizing Aon’s global aspirations and enhancing the company’s image as a desirable employer. In addition, being a member of the local management, he is able to influence company’s strategic development directions. At his daily work, he primarily focuses on implementing and promoting Aon’s idea of Wellbeing and Activity Based Working.

Description: The new Aon’s office is a result of a two-year project aimed to create a place, which fosters flexibility of work and employees’ wellbeing. It is also a transition, as regards the organisational culture and work model, into Activity Based Working, which more than once posed a challenge for the management staff and employees themselves. Finally, it is a precise response to current requirements of the market and a firm step to the future of work.
